Payroll/Benefits/Accounting. ?Responsible for payroll, timesheet processing, invoicing, related A/P & GL entries & administrative tasks. ADP Workforce Now, Excel and Word experience is required. Sentric payroll software & ACA Reporting knowledge is a plus. Must be detail oriented. Minimum 2 years experience. Competitive salary & excellent benefits.

Downtown non-profit agency. Requires accounting background with strong A/P experience. Major responsibility is Accounts Payable processing, with other related duties: W-9 collection, Year-end 1099 processing, collection of subcontractor insurance certificates, A/P audit schedules, and other special projects and reports as assigned. Excel, Word, and Accounting Software experience is required (Blackbaud is a plus). Must be detail oriented and have strong follow through skills.
