CLAIRTON CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR A suburban school district in close proximity to Pittsburgh. We have 800 students in one education center and an operating budget of approximately $15 million. Seeking an experienced Business Administrator who will provide overall direction, administration, and supervision of our fiscal operations and non-instructional services including transportation, facilities, and food services. Reporting directly to the Superintendent, the successful candidate should possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, CPA Credentials, and have a minimum of five (5) years of school district supervisory experience in the financial arena. Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills and should be able to demonstrate a history of keeping current with state legislative and regulatory changes. Major responsibilities include budget development, financial planning, fund accounting and reporting, purchasing and bidding process, payroll and employee benefits, tax assessments and collections, debt management, insurance/risk management, state and federal reports, contracts, general business office functions, facilities and negotiations/collective bargaining.
