Lead Quality Specialist - Customer Liaison sought by Alstom Grid LLC (a General Electric company) for Charleroi, PA location to serve as a primary, after-sales contact relative to technical inquiries, complaints and equipment failures. Liaise between the Customer and all other organizational departments regarding problem resolution and ensuring Customer satisfaction. Provide limited technical support or assist in troubleshooting under the direction of more senior technical personnel. Supervise employees in the customer care function. Responsible for all product lines associated with USC. Analyze customer correspondence, complaints and technical inquiries and responds in a manner consistent with established internal guidelines and procedures. Co-ordinate field service activities in response to an equipment failure when necessary. Access and/or update Customer records relative to post-implementation activity. Employ basic statistical methods to analyze non-conformance data as required. Manage the ACT Complaint system and provides updates to senior management on progress of these complaints. Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equiv, in Engg (any), and 3 yrs exp in rel occup req'd. Position also requires 3 yrs exp in Customer Liaison or Quality; 2 yrs exp reading & interpreting common technical specifications & legal documents; & 2 yrs exp interpreting mechanical drawings & basic wiring schematics.
