Consider the following opportunity: Senior Financial Analyst Selected candidate will support mainly St. Clair Medical Services (physician services subsidiary) with data analytics and decision support related to: month-end close needs, feasibility, trends, revenue cycle decisions, dashboards, scenarios, and forecasts. Responsible for the annual SCMS operating budget completion, coordination with operating managers and report preparation to the Board and other entities. Will also lead in performing business plans for new physician acquisitions; produce cost accounting and physician incentive analyses; assist in annual budget development with oversight to a number of departments; and provide operational cost, profitability and productivity analyses for SCMS and other subsidiaries. Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business-related field with five years of progressively more responsible financial experience and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Professional Office software and mainframe systems. Must possess prior financial analysis and budgeting experience, particularly in a healthcare environment. CPA and/or Master's degree in business (MBA) along with knowledge of Physician productivity, performance and quality based analytics platforms (e.g., PDS, Athena, etc) preferred.
